CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility)
Different organizations have framed different definitions of CSR but the most common says that it is the form of corporate self-regulation integrated into a business model. CSR is a process with the aim to embrace responsibility for the company’s actions and encourage a positive impact through its activities on the environment, consumers, employees, communities, stakeholders. CSR is titled to aid an organization’s mission, as well as act as a guide to what the company stands for and will uphold to its consumers.
For us CSR is the way how the organization wants to manage business policies, procedures and processes in order to have a positive influence on customers, employees and the local society. Trough activities such as: GE Volunteers, GE Women’s Network and HealthAhead we want to help our employees to develop their skills and build their career, get work-life balance, encourage them to a healthy life style, to be sensitive to other people and to support local communities. We believe that all our CSR help us to build a better place to work and live.
