This year EDC has joined the program for the second time in a row, funding eight internships (vs two in 2013). We would like to congratulate all individuals who have won the challenging competition and are joining EDC for summer internships.
On Wednesday, June 25th PwC and “Gazeta Wyborcza” organized an award ceremony for this year’s “Grasz o staż” Winners and internships Sponsors. Due to 25th anniversary of free elections in Poland (“25 years of freedom” anniversary) this edition of “Grasz o Staż” was under the auspices of the President of Poland Bronisław Komorowski. The ceremony that took place in Presidential Palace gardens was led by leaders from PwC (Company CEO Adam Krasoń) and Agora (Jarosław Kurski). Among the business and the politics attendees were also representatives from the Chancellery of the President of the Republic of Poland (Irena Wóycicka) and Ministry (prof. Lena Kolarska-Bobińska).
“Grasz o staż” is the oldest, nationwide internship program in Poland organized by PwC and “Gazeta Wyborcza” since 1995. Every year employers can meet with outstanding students and graduates. Through the contest, young people from across the country have an opportunity to win a paid internship in the best companies in Poland.
