In May, we intensify meetings with students of the best technical universities in Poland. Last Friday, May 10th we took part in an Open Day at Faculty of Automotive and Construction Machinery Engineering. We were pleased to answer questions from students and professors.
We have had a lot of interesting conversations. Current students are a generation that knows what they want. They have specific plans for the future. We talked to a person who is already developing his own business, another one is planning volunteering in Africa and looking for a job that can be started in the 3rd quarter, next person wants to work as a reliability engineer and somebody is searching internships in Avionics Team. Everyone knew in which direction they wanted to broaden their career and where they want to develop their skills. They are determined and self-confident.
