We are happy to announce that General Electric in Poland was recognized in the “Forbes” Poland’s Best Employers 2021 ranking. GE took the 1st place in the categories of “Machines and installations construction” and “Production and service of medical devices”. In the field of “Electronics, electrical engineering and computer hardware” GE is on the 3rd position.

In the overall list of 300 best Polish employers, General Electric was placed on the 37th place, obtaining 76,43 points out of maximum 100.

 

The list was prepared by the Forbes magazine, together with Statista – a co-creator of the most famous “Best Employers” rankings in the world, basing on more than 10 000 surveys from employees working for 1800 companies in Poland hiring more than 250 people.

 

The respondents awarded their points in 7 main fields: Image and growth, Development and perspectives, Relations between employees and management, Salary, Working conditions and equipment, Sustainable development and Workload. Extra points were also given for direct recommendations, meaning the willingness of employees to recommend their employer and for the Indirect recommendations understood as the willingness of employees to recommend other employers from the industry, in which they are currently employed.

 

In the category most connected to EDC – “Machines and installations construction”, GE was ranked above such companies as ABB (74,73 points), Simens (74,45), Bosch (68,67), 3M (66,34) and Rockwell Automation (64,60 points). Other companies, if surveyed, were placed under the line of 58,48 points and were not included in the list of the 300 Poland’s Best Employers.
