Who we are

The laboratory is an important bridge connecting engineering teams with manufacturing plants.

Prototyping processes of precision electric discharge machining (EDM) of small diameter holes (0.2mm-5mm) and 5-axis milling of highly precise shapes allows us to obtain optimal construction solutions. Work carried out in the laboratory enables us to create new design guidelines and improve the existing ones.

What we do

We are experienced in developing and optimizing highly specialized production processes for the needs of aviation and aerospace industries.

Our laboratory provides high-precision EDM services in difficult-to-machine alloys as well as high-precision measurement and inspection services to ensure the highest standards when it comes to geometry and surface quality of parts.

We deliver comprehensive services to enhance the production processes starting from management, visualization, automation, analysis up to the final optimization of the processes. Our experts provide services on machine integration and development of tools supporting CAD/CAM/NC as well as develop and integrate IT systems in line with the concept of Industry 4.0.
